Belinda Cotter

Head of Customer Services

Belinda is responsible for the Customer Service team at Chargemaster, and has over 25 years’ experience working in customer service across the banking, training and travel sectors. She has previously worked with Blue Chip Companies as Customer Relations Manager, maintaining and developing new business within the customer service sector.

As well as with Monarch Airlines’ Customer Service department, ensuring the team met and exceed customer expectations. As Head of Customer Services, Belinda manages and schedules the engineering team and planned maintenance with large clients such as Asda and Tesco, as well as liaising with local authorities regarding installation of new charge points.
