Milton Keynes Council cracks residential EV charging at former Bletchley outpost

The first charging point under Milton Keynes Council’s ‘MK Promise’ scheme has been installed for use by residents of Wavendon House, a Grade II* listed former outpost of Bletchley Park. The MK Promise initiative allows local residents to apply for a UK-made Chargemaster charging point to be installed free of charge by the council if they do not have private off-street parking, such as their own driveway.

Chargemaster offers up to £1,000 off workplace charging for visitors of Fully Charged LIVE

Chargemaster is offering all visitors to Fully Charged LIVE the opportunity to get £1,000 off workplace charging equipment for their employer. With 5,000 expected visitors, there would be a total of up to £5 million up for grabs from the UK’s leading charging infrastructure provider.

Chargemaster electrifies London with expansion of POLAR network

  • Over 70 rapid chargers within the M25 accessible by electric vehicle drivers using the POLAR network
  • POLAR has 18 rapid chargers within two miles of the M25, covering half of all junctions on the orbital motorway
  • Rapid charging enables zero-emission motoring for drivers who do not have off-street parking

The UK’s largest electric vehicle charging network, POLAR, now has 70 rapid chargers within the M25 to provide quick and convenient charging for electric vehicle drivers, particularly those without off-street parking, and those driving in to and out of the capital.
